I missed the Oath ceremony at San Francisco on 10/22/02. I recently moved and did not receive (and still have not received) the notification letter from INS dated 10/4/02. I went to the Oakland INS office this morning (10/24) and the lady was very courteous and asked me to write a letter to her asking for re-schedule.

Could anyone post any idea or experience here how long it will take for me to receive the INS note for another ceremony? Many thanks!
