Hello, I had my medical done for my CR-1 visa, and the doctor looked at my vaccination records and just said I needed the tetanus, diptheria an polio, which I had there and then. Only now, when I have got home, have I realised that at the bottom, where they have to tick a box to say if you meet all the vaccination requirements, he ticked no, but may be eliglbe for a waiver. I dont understadn this, as the only ones I havent had are ticked medically inappropriate due to my age. So, is this going to affect the decision of the London embassy?

No, it shouldn't affect their decision. Even if it does, all they'll do is ask that you get the vaccinations... it's not exactly a make it or break it issue.
