When you people have to take the medical exams for, say, greencard, you may not have
to go to do all the exams where the INS told you so. Over here, I found I could have
taken all my blood exams *for free* at the county clinic as opposite to the private
lab the clinic the INS told me to go to wanted to use. Remember what they need is
proof that you took the exams/vaccines.
Unfortunately, I did not know that and had to pay $200 extra. =(

I paid around $110 for my exam, check around, some doctors are just a**holes when it
comes to exam. The first doctor was going to charge me over $200 and made me wait
for more than 2 hours after the appointment time. So I got pissed off, bitched at
the doctor and find another doctor. Which turned out to be a good choice, save some
money and time.
So you really have to look around for INS exam doctors, I think they have to
be authorized by INS though.... That's why the first one I went to was so much
an A**hole.

There should be a list with the medical form when you request it from the INS. Note
that the list is very outdated; for me, it was nothing but a starting point to
track down one.
