Hi there,

Is I-693 (medical exam) or Vaccination Supplement required for filing AOS if I took a
medical exam for K1 within the past year?

Is it faster to file AOS with Orlando Sub Office of INS or Texas Service Centre if I
live in Florida?

Not when you file. When you get called for interview you may be required to get the
vaccination supplement but that will be detailed in the appointment letter.

It would be faster to file at the Orlando office because the AOS paperwork *must* be
filed at the local INS office (exception: Baltimore, MD). If you filed at TSC it
would eventually be returned.

I was in your situation and I DID need the Vaccination Supplement when I filed (in
Salt Lake City). But it seems to be different in every place you file.
