Medical Exam
Kind of confused about the medical and if I need to send it with my I485. I'm sending my forms to the Chicago lockbox facility. Is this classed as a service center? The instructions say I need to complete a medical and send it with my forms if I am sending them to a service center but do not complete the medical if you are sending it a local office. So what is the Chicago facility? Do I need to complete a medical before I send my forms there?
