This is what I have gleaned from reading this NG, may I have a confirmation?
*If my husband arrives in the U.S. on an approved I-130, he need not worry which POE
to use as he is automatically entitled to work as my husband? (I am a USC) I
understand that he does need an EAD and SSN.
*Anyone else arrive at Dulles on an I-130? Is that a decent POE?

LOL does gutters? Hmmmm suppose that is better than winding up in one ;-)
BTW he will not need an EAD that right is part of the I-551 stamp/green card. He need only apply for a social security card/number. Be sure to have him get the SS 1-800 number so that he can call and ascertain the number long before it arrives in the mail.
