Masters degree and EB-2 filing
Hi guys,
I have a one-year masters degree; does anyone by any chance know whether this can be used for EB-2 filing? it's and A from a top 20 University.
Thank you!

Re: Masters degree and EB-2 filing
I had my incomplete Cambridge PhD evaluated as a 1-year masters degree equivalent, which contributed to my NIW application, but I seem to remember that my lawyer (recommended in your other thread) had me as EB-3 in my original filing.
It's the one area of his judgement that I questioned at the time (although a regular lawyer on these boards strenuously defended his viewpoint) and was the main cause of my decision to press my company to support me in a NIW application.
Sounds like what little I know of your case, really.

Re: Masters degree and EB-2 filing
Hey bdj,
Yeah looks like I'm in the exact same boat!
Are you indicating that you had ended up with a bachelor + a 1-year masters or you already had a separate masters degree as well?
Thanks!

I posted in one of OP's other threads.
