Default Long term absense of leave from employer during Greencard processing?

Hi,

I'd like to take 1-2 year absence of leave for sutdy from current
employer.
But, still my GreenCard processing is under way( My LC is about to be
approved soon).
How does the longterm leave affect LC or I-140 or I-145 ?

No problem at all. The GC process does not require you to be in the USA.

Of course, you need to make sure that you remain in status in the USA, or
leave the USA altogether.
