When my mum enquired about sponsoring my dad and my brother for visas she was able to book a visit at the US embassy in Frankfurt Germany. they had a meeting with an advisor who guided them through the best process.

Does anyone know if the embassy in London offers this service? I am struggling to even get through on the telephone.....

I have never heard of such a service being offered at London.

I don't think so. If you need help, your best bet is to talk to am immigration attorney.
