When I get marriage with an american citizem we need necessery living together? Because my
home is very close of my work and she either, and one of us will lose the job. I don't
want lose my job and she either. And this marriage is trully! Helder

When they look at your application, and particuarly when you go to interview, the evidence
of you sharing a common life together is pretty much the critical deciding factor
(discounting things like medical conditions, sponsorship, etc). They will look at a
marriage with the couples being apart for periods of time on a case by case basis. It
would be in your best interests to:
a) Choose one place as the "real" place you live - the other place is where one
of you works
b) Make sure you have a "real" shared life as far as you can
c) Make a long-term plan to live together - jobs are expendable, marriages aren't. In most
parts of the US the INS takes so long to process your application that you would have
plenty of time to find a job where your spouse lives or vice-versa.
