For a skilled worker visa like an H1-B, there's no need for a LC.
But to answer your question, since the newer PERM system of Labor Certification started, the stated aim has been to reduce the certification time to <60 days. I don't know if they've kept to that, but that's the aim.
Still, even if you get through Labor Certification, with the current issues surrounding Priority Date Retrogression there's no immediate prospect of being able to file your I-485 Permanent Residency application, since your priority date won't be even close to current. Most likely you'll be waiting a minimum of a couple of years to get from Labor Certification to GC.
I know you've taken stick from people claiming that windscreen fitter isn't sufficiently skilled for a work visa - personally I disagree, since many other skills (e.g. Sushi chef) are eligible and in demand. But I still can't work out why you're filing Labor Certification now. Care to explain?

In Colorado, windscreen damage is a major problem.
I know someone with a Porsche, and there is someone at the club who has a Ferrari, must ask them what they do.

Why have they filed a LC application? Are you planning on them trying to get you Permanent Residency before you come over?

You don't seem to listen when told that if they are planning on applying for an immigrant visa (green card), you will be waiting several years as none are available currently.

Re: LABOR CERTIFICATION FORMS FILED BY EMPLOYER
There is no such thing as an EB3 visa. EB3 is a category of immigrant (green card) visa applicant.
1. There are no visas for you currently
2. You cannot work while waiting for the visa unless you go over on a different, dual-intent working visa and adjust status from inside the US. I doubt any of these working visas are available for you.
