Hi,

I have a BS degree & I work for a foreign company since Aug-97 & they transferred me to USA subsidiary office in Dec-98. I came initially on L1B visa & because of promotions and higher responsibility as Manager my company sponsored L1A visa which got approved by USCIS in Mar-04 & this L1A Petition is valid till Mar'06. I live in NJ & work in NY.

Questions:-

1) Do I quality for EB1 category of Green Card processing?
2) How long will it take to get the GC Card approximately from the time of application in my case?
3) What is the wait-time for GC in NJ & NY?

The required qualification for a L-1A is the same as EB1. So in theory "yes".

2) How long will it take to get the GC Card approximately from the time of application in my case?

My case was 10 months from concurrent filing of I-140 & I-485 to receiving I-485 approval.

3) What is the wait-time for GC in NJ & NY?

Cannot help on that one , my service center was Texas
