does anyone have the EXACT LEGAL wording of the full requirements? The USCIS site has a fault and other 'advsiory' sites vary slightly (suprise).

We are 3 months from being able to start the process,however we are putting in place the initial bits and bobs for the US Company.

I know about the 12 month rule, the 51% shareholidng by the UK company and also the need for business premises. The main clarification I am seeking is regarding my position and the requirements for employing US citizens (licensed and non)ie who has to be employed and receiving salary 'within 12 months'.

My interpretation is (and i fully expect to be at least slightly wrong !)
* I can receive a salary fromt he UK side not the US side and be the 'CEO'
* I need to be employiing a licensed/qualified US citizen as a manager on a commensurate salary.
* I need to be employing other US citizens (subs qualify)

how close am I ?????
