L1 Visa timing
Hi All,
This is my first post on here so please be gentle with me!
I am in the process of moving to Chicago with work. My husband and three kids will be coming with me. L1 Visa Application has just been sent off so any idea on how long this will take would be great!
I am sure I will have loads more questions, but these will do to start off with

Depends which service center they got filed in. I have no idea how long if you didn't go for premium processing (which most do) - for an example my wife filed her L-1B receipt date of 27th Dec 2010 and approved 4th Jan 2011 (8 days), with premium processing.
Mine took longer because I had a RFE issued - received the RFE on the 7th Jan after filing on the 27th Dec, responded on the 24th Jan, approved 3rd Feb.
