L1 Petition experience
Hi To All
I wanted to share with you my experience with processing the L1 Visa
it took 5 weeks to complete collecting all info needed for preparing my visa
after that i was told by the lawyer office that the cant process my L1B Visa with a Blanket L1 Visa , i think it is because i dont hold a university degree.
the decided to process my L1B Visa as individual petition , we have process it with Premium Processing , and got an answer after 7 days to fill an RFE regrading my petition.
at this point i didnt know what to do , my manager took the handling on the process , Contact the lawyer office.
at the end the decided to file my petition with L1A Blanket petition.
i got the paper last week , schedule an interview in the Embassy ,
i was ask 2 que :
1. what i will do in the U.S
2. how much time i m working at company XXX
and after that i got the answer : your petition is approve
Thanks for every one that help me on this forum

Thats great news Dan.
Our application (L1A for my husband) was submitted on the 12th April (sent to Lawyers on the 9th) and we received an RFE on the 23rd April.
Response to the RFE should have gone in now so we are back waiting for a decision!
When are you moving and where to?

Hey Dan.
I know Cupertino well, good for shopping I recall!!
We will be moving to Los Gatos, hopefully!! and we already have an apartment waiting for us!
I will just be glad when this whole process is over!! We have been talking about and planning this for over a year now!!
