L-1B Visa Validity Dates
Hi, I recently applied for my L-1B visa under my company's Blanket L petition. The visa expires the same date as the Blanket L which is end of 2011 and said for me to have a 3 year validity on my visa i need to contact DHS to have them change the date. This was conveyed to me by an agent at the embassy not the officer so I'm not sure how true this is. Can anyone help?

He's in the US and I can only contact him later today. Just wanted to know if anyone faced this issue previously, where the visa validity is less than 3 years. Many thanks
