Default Just wait or do anything?

Hi,

during my (successful) greencard interview in May the officer told me that something with the medical form was wrong.
The doctor obviously had forgotten to mark a checkbox at the bottom.
The officer said he would give me a copy of the form in a sealed envelope at the end of the interview and I would have to let the doctor check and sign it and return it to the INS.
However, he forgot to give me this form and we, my husband and me were too excited to remember it after getting the sweet stamp in my passport.

Should we write them a letter and ask them about the form or just ignore it and see if it turns up again when we file for I751?

Thanks
JuMu
