Default Just checking I'll be ok...

Hi everyone. I am someone who has just spent 90 days in the USA and have come back on the 90th day, wishing to remain within the law. However, after a week in the UK, I am intending on going back to LA to carry on spending time with friends here. It'll only be my second visit to the USA, and I'm visiting between periods of study - my next one is in November so I'll be back in the UK for that. While I've got the time free, I'm spending it in California with friends I've made there. I'm not anticipating any entry problems but you do hear these horror stories from time to time so am running this past you lot to gauge reaction on entry problems and advise on what to bring and say (or not say) to avoid problems. Everything is perfectly legit and I have no intention of doing anything illegal, however I can appreciate that to them it may look suss since I've just been there for 3 whole months and am returning back again quickly - it's just I won't be able to do that while studying so am trying to make the most of my time.

Thanks for your comments.

I would say a rule of thumb would be "for every day spent in the US spend
two days home". If I had stayed 3 months in the US on the VWP, I would not
even try to go back after one week.

I am no expert, so maybe Ingo, Sylvia, or any other guru could also help.

Just to let you know I made it in fine with practically no questions asked at POE. Sometimes the horror stories and worriers that post to this forum do nothing but give you a paraonia complex and unrealistic perception of what will happen, when it's actually the worst that could happen instead.
