There was another thread (search for EB5 in the title) that recently talked about EB5 phase 1. If I remember correctly, phase 1 investors are currently getting annual payments and the exit strategy is defined. It appears that their investment will fully be returned but they won't make any money on the investment.

I think that now you have three posts, you can do any thing but if those options aren't available, post a few more times and hopefully they will be enabled.
