J2 Waiver "No Objection"
Does anybody know what waiver application a J2 divorcee must use, as
Form DS-3035 seems to only apply to regular J1 visa holders?
Also can anybody recommend any immigration lawyers with experience in
processing a J2 visa waiver "no objection" based in the Los Angeles
area?
Thanks much!

Hello and thanks for your reply. Can you please tell me if Mr. Hake has
processed any J2 visa waivers "no objection" before and what his
success rate is in such cases. Thanks again.
