Hello

I am a J-1 physician current doing my fellowship in US. Per my visa status I am required to 2 year foreign residence requirement or have to look for a waiver. I think If I can get NORI or NOC from india I may be able to get a waiver. Would like to know your experience and suggestions if you have applied for NORI/NOC from india. Another question I have is what agencies I have to get NOC/NORI from in india as a medical professional. Any suggestions, pointers will be highly appreciated.

there is not such institution in india. but why are you pushing so hard for US. i am sure that your skills will be very appreciated in india

Actually rest of my family is already here So no sense going back. Anyway I should have been bit more clear in my last email. Per URL in my last posting I need to take NORI from dept of Home and passport office what I am not sure about is if I need to get NOC from Ministry of Health as well. Anyway thanks for your reply
