J1 2 year rule
Hello all,
I would like to know in which cases brazilian citizens are subject to
coming back to their home country and staying there for 2 years after
their J1 visas have expired. I've heard that only Government trainee
jobs are subject to this rule for brazilian people, and that if it's
the case of a trainee job in a private company, Brazil doesn't require
their citizens to come back to the country afterwards.
Anyone knows about this?
thanks a lot!
Luiza
