IV-15 Checklist
We just got this email from the London embassy:
We did receive the file yes. You can now send in the packet 3 forms- the DS-230, 156 and 156K and the IV-15 checklist.
I have filled the 230, 156 and 156k out for David and will fedex them today (which I hope is alright since they don't need to be signed by him until he gets there), but what do I do with the IV-15. Just print it off the internet and check the items?

Thanks and since I am stressing anyway, the picture is the same he used for the original 129 petition, but smaller then the 50mm x 50 mm they requested. Will they send it back for that or lack of signature on the DS230?

Steve sent in his packet 3 today (but he'd received it from the Embassy). Wish I could help you with your answer!

I am sorry for bumping this, but am getting ready to mail Packet #3.
My question is: Can I send the DS-230 to the embassy without my UKC fiance's signature?
Has anyone done this and been able to sign it when they went for their interview?
