interview originals specific questions
Hi, Helpful People! I have some questions about originals v. photocopies for
the K1 interview. I'm aware that the very legal things need to be originals.
But my questions are a bit more specific. Here goes:
1) Does the embassy need freshly signed originals of the things that were in
the petition such as the I-129F, the G325A's, the intention letters, etc? Or
are photocopies acceptable of these since they should have the originals?
2) If I submitted photo evidence that I printed out on glossy paper from my
computer with the petition, are the same ones okay for the interview or do I
need to send my fiance the original photos? Aren't photos photos?
3) Do I need to send originals of all the phone bill evidence? I sent
photocopies with the petition. Original bills seems extreme to me, but if I
have to, please tell me.
4) Do I need to send all of our original cards and letters to my fiance for the
interview or will the photocopies be okay along with his originals? He has some
originals, and I have some originals. If we have to submit originals, do we
have to submit ALL of the originals of what was in the petition? It was a ton!

Whcih Embassy? If its London you will only need the originals plus copies of the documents that they have specifically requested, plus an affadavit of support and your passport (!) I dont know about other Embassies tho.
