Interim L2 based EAD in San Jose INS/BCIS office
Hi
I understand that some INS/BCIS offices issue interim EADs
and some dont. Does anyone know if the San Jose or
San Francisco INS/BCIS offices issue interim EADs for people
filing for the EAD the first time (not a renewal) based on L2?
The actual EAD issual seems to be taking 6 months or so!
Thanks,
PB

Probably, one of my interns got one in April after 90 days wait for student
practical training one. Probably no difference in L2. He took his receipt
of filing copy, ID and passport. Arrived before 6 AM was done before 10:30.
Now the problem is finding a job!!!
