An inquiry w.r.t political asylum application
A detail information needed in helping someone: Does the applicant
needs to provide the marraige license at the time of asylum application
or only once granted in order to call the spouse?

Not picking a fight or trying to start anything, but a lot of the questions you ask here are related to people who seem to have complex cases, and probably need professional advice from an immigration attorney who specialises in non-standard cases.
I was wondering if you are working with a charity fo some sort, as you seem to post a lot of questions of this type...
Do the people you are helping have any successes, or do they end up going to professional attorneys, or what?
Just asking...

Actually, in the past I was trying to find inf for people who were
acting ike retards -Excuse my language, aside from having langauge
issue. I didn't realize that they were just being secretive while I
was trying to help them because they were talking non-sense. I was
never around people from my country before I moved to this state and
was naive about allt he stunts they were pulling, lies, fake asylum,
etc.
Now, this time, I am trying to help someone who arrived here recently.
I just don't want this perosn to have to depend on the community for
information since most are, as I told you, ratards. Again, excuse my
language. I know I could ask the pro bono people, once we give the
case to them, but I just thought that if we have information ahead of
time, we can prepare the document better since communication with back
home goes with snail mail.

Like I said, I tried to help a few - I thought I was more informed than
them since they had langauge issue - but later found out they were not
even telling me the truth. They had success alright because they were
good at lying. Their indiginious organization. based in thrid
counteies, were also giving them support letters. Not that they didn't
have reasonably good cases but not as good as they portrayed. Oh, well.
The whole country is udner seige and so I don't really want to be
judgemental but I wish they had been more honest with me.
The person I am helping now doesn't belong to any indigenous group but
is from the most discriminated group and had been in prison for his
political activity. I just hope the the system won't blow this one.
Who can tell?
