I am italian and coming back to the USA on Dicember or early of January. Thanking
Stuart I know I can come back to the States any time I want, but now I have a new
question: I haven't heard, but people here (in Italy ) say : to come back to the
States I need a Visa ( a special Visa ) after what 's happened on Sept. 11th. I know
FBI and CIA and INS now are paying more attention for people coming from "countries "
they consider dangerous. I am Italian , I have to obtain a Visa ? Can I cme back with
I-94W for 90 days ?
