Default Immigration Visa for Adopted Korean Child

Hi,

I am in the US Military stationed in Korea. I am an American Citizen by
birth. My Wife of 23 years is a Korean Citizen with a Registered Alien
(Green Card) Card since 1983. In Sep of '04, I adopted a Korean Girl.
She is/was my wife's neice. We are currently waiting the "two year
custody abroad" requirement. In Sep of 06 I will fill out the I-130 and
request an immigrant visa for our adopted daughter to move with us to
the US. From Sep of 06, I will have a short window because I have to
leave Korea in Jan of 07. My current DEROS (Date I leave Korea) is 12
Jan '07. From the time I turn in the I-130, any idea how much time will
lapse before she will be permitted to enter the US? Are there any other
things/papers I should submit with the I-130 that will help to speed up
the process? Thanks for any advice.

Pat
