Immigration lawyer/advisor for B2
Hi,
My boyfriend has an L1 application in progress right now.
I plan to go to the states in a couple of months when he has settled.
As we are not yet married, it looks like the B2 visa is the best for me for now (I have no convictions).
Reading lots of stories about people being refused these, I wondered about using an immigration lawyer/advisor.
Has anyone used them and are they worth it?
(I had a B2 back in 1995 and obtaining this was simple, but I realise security has changed greatly since)
Thanks,
p.s. I had a good look in search using my key words first

It's not a bad idea, since the partner B visa isn't well documented in the online community.
