You don't need to answer if you don't want to, but I find this curious. Your fiancee is currently living and working in the US... all without your help just now. What "medical grounds" exist that would suddenly shift the entire burden of her health care to you as her primary care giver?

I seriously think you underestimate the burden of proof that is required to get an approved hardship waiver. You being there to "take care of her" isn't sufficient given that she's already managing without you.

That's what my immigration attorney told me when I was looking to immigrate. She told me "forget the hardship waiver, you won't get one unless the USC needs significant amounts of care, or is more-or-less completely destitute, and there is nobody else in the US that can provide for her."

The hardship waiver is purely for the benefit of the USC, and there realistically has to be nowhere else for them to turn.
