When I was young and single, I should have hung outside the the immigration court and hit on chicks who were in removal proceedings. Being a USC in that situation would be like Spanish Fly...

Re: Immagratoin questions need answering please
I have decided to get a Lawyer. My brother-in-law and my sister have been talking to a Lawyer in CA. The lawyer told my sister that since I have no Criminal record and payed taxes when I worked I have a good chance. Should be talking to the lawyer soon.
Thanks for all the kind words.

I am often asked "What are my chances?" My stock response is "I'm a lawyer, not a bookie. But, if you don't try, zero."
What is "good?" Sometimes, a 25% chance is a good bet. Casinos stay in business because of people willing to buck the house odds.
On the "equities" of the hardship, focus on the girlfriend, not you.
Good luck.

This is what I have been told.
He is going to first file to have the 10 year ban removed....then while waiting on that you would come up with all the hardships and apply for the Fiancee visa
After the ban is removed and the feiance visa is approved you can come back, once your back you have 6 months to get married, but you can only marry to the person that the visa was granted for but once you are married you can stay in the us while waiting on your change of status of perminant resident, once you get perminant res, then you can apply for citizenship
Thanks

Like MrF says, the hardship (extreme hardship?) for this waiver is to the US citizen.. they don't give a rats' about your hardships.
