Outside of this board, what other resources are you using for this process?
My advice - you need to spend a day, 2 or 3 and focus your research on immig attys in your area. Find ones where you can have a free initial consult. Pick 4, pick 6 - no matter - just pick a group and go meet with EACH of them.
Also search for groups that can give free immmig legal counsel.
Sit down and review their advice and make a move or decision accordingly.
Going thru theses boards doesn't seem to have gotten you too much actual usable info, only more frustrated.
Come back and let us know what you've found.

Jeff, thks for ur concern. There is no overlooked income. Wish it was.
I am on disability income. So I fit the category of federal public means-
tested. So I know a sponsor is most definitely our way to
accomplishing. I even looked up about how me being on disability would
affect everything. If u have any more info. please forward to me.
Again thks
