Hi All,

I have a visa valid till Apr 25th, I would be re-entering US on Apr
20th My L1 petition is valid till Oct 2008. Could you let me know what
duration the Port of Entry officer would stamp on my I-94. (the visa
validity or the petition validity ?)

You should be admitted for the length of the petition, not to exceed 3 years or up until the expiry date of the passport if shorter. Some passports get six months less than the expiry.
