Hello Everyone,i Am Filing My Ds 230 At The Moment.do I Need To Fill Out A Form Just For Myself,as My Wife Is The Us Citizen,or Do I Need To Fill A Form Out For Her Aswell?
ON THE I-864 We Are Also Using The Equity In Our Property As Assets As We Have Never Worked In The Us.is This Ok?

DS-230 is a visa application. A US citizen does not need a visa to enter the USA.

Yes, it is OK to list property on an I-864. There's a line item for it in Part 4, section E.
