I 824
From INS web: "This case has been approved. On December 17, 2002, an
approval notice was mailed." What I would like to know is how long does it
take for them to fax the Embassy? It`s the CSC. Thanks in advance for your
time to answer a newbie

It depends. And it also depends on the Embassy as to how long it sits there
before they do anything with it.
Give some specifics

Re: I 824
Embassy is in Budapest.I requested them to open a provisional file, but they
need the CSC to fax them in order to do that. They said they act right away
after they receive the CSC fax. I wonder how long it takes CSC to go to a
fax machine ? I am not complaining, I am just a little bit
.......antsy...lol
