I -751 filling, waiving the joint filling
Hi Guys
I'm more curious than anything else about the above, I was wondering if anyone has actually done the waiver of joint filing and been successful?
I have a guy that works for me who is looking at having to do this, nice young kid, married his wife in the Uk 4 years ago, then moved here about 2 years ago and well, things happen in life, He's a good IT guy and I don't want to lose him over his personal sitiuation, Thing is, Pete is really pig headed so some advice here or success stories would be great, I could then print them off and show them to him, I'm just trying to get his morale up!

needs to be divorced, then it ain't much of a problem generally, as long as it was a bonafide marriage

I'll search away here, I feel like his brother instead of his boss sometimes lol, well we are both from the UK, (I'm from the best part, Scotland and he's from northern England, can't be helped I know) I get worried about him, he's 25, he's cooped up in his apartment fretting and worrying and I need him focused
