I-485 .Waiting Times in New York City Local Office
Does any one know how long would take to get the interview appointment after
the finger print is done?
My wife had her fingerprint taken about 2 month ago, since then we have not
heard from the Immigrations until this moments?
It took about 21 month to get an appoint ment for the finger print?

Total wait time in NYC is currently around 24 to 30 months. An appointment for fingerprinting is a good sign that within the next 10 months she might receive an appointment for the interview. There have been reports by several people on the alt.visa.us.marraige-based newsgroup that they have received appointments for the interview and they had filed in 2001 and 2002
