I-212 and K-3.
I've a question about K3 Visa. If I-212 gets aproved. Will I need to apply
for I-601 "Grounds for Excludability"?? After the visa interview?? On
overstaying student visa and voluntary departure on basis of
misunderstanding INS officer's reporting date ??
