I-140 ? Sec 124 Immact
I was speaking today to a person who's company has filed an I-140 stating the section
as "Employee of US Business operating in Hong Kong, Sec. 124 Immact." Anyone have any
ideas exactly what this means? Would this be to actually work in the US? Thanks for
any assistance.
