I-140 processing time in Vermont center

Hi, Does anyone know what's the tipical processing time now for I-140 in Vermont center?
I've been watching on the processing time for those INS service centers. For Vermont
center, the processing date for I-140 stays on
9/5/00 for several months and there is no progress at all. Does anyone know the
reason? Thanks!
