I-140 priority date??
Looking for basis for I-140 priority dates
- filing of LCA??
- filing of i-140??
I applied for I-140 in June '02, need to know how long it my take for I-140 approval,
it was filed in Vermont.
Appreciate any help here. Thanks in advance.

The Priority Date is the date of the first filing. If you filed an LC (not LCA, that
one is for H1), the LC filing date would be the Priority Date. If you didn't need to
file an LC, e.g., if you have a NIW, the I-140 filing date would be the PD.

No idea, but some lawyers maintain lists of the processing dates,
e.g., http://www.shusterman.com/ BTW, the PD is irrelevant for the I-140.
