I-140 (How much longer?)
Hi Everyone, My company filed my I-140 3 months ago. The petition was filed in the
INS Service Center in Lincoln - Nebraska. I keep checking the status on my case
trough their automatic phone service, and the message still states that the
processing times for such cases takes between 60 - 90 days.
Does anyone knows were can I check the current processing times for Lincoln -
Nebraska? Has anyone received approval recently from this Service Center? If yes, how
long did it take in your case?
Please let me know if you have any information. Your help is greatly appreciated.

The latest processing time of Nebraska shows that they are processing Feb 25,2002.If
your application shows that this was filed between the month of december and january,
you have all the right to file complaint to them as this is what they have
promise,60-90 days. Let me know on the notice date of your receipt from INS nebraska.

Same is the case with me. My I-140 was filed in the middle of march with NSC, but
till now no response. When was your I-140 filed.
