Default I-130, Immigration through my brother

I am British and in the process of applying via the I-130 as my brother is now an American citizen (after marrying an American).

Can anyone answer a few questions about this process as it does appear to be quite complicated.

1. If I do get accepted will my immediate family be allowed in also ? I have a wife and two children.

2. How long does the process take ? I have been told that applications are taking around 4-7 years..is this right ?

3. If for any reason I change my mind during this time presumably this is OK to not take up the chance ?

4. If once in via this method I am presuming that each of my family will get green cards. Is this right ?

Sorry about all the questions but if anyone can help us we would be grateful.

Thanks,

Ben

Yes. They will be in derivative status. You will all be processed together.

Not at all. Currently the wait is 12 years.
