Ohh, never noticed that.

It has been raining for days and has gone from nice to cool so AC is the last of the things that concern me.

Somebody just told me that I should be happy as this is what I am used to...

Yup we were paying almost $2K a month property taxes in NJ. Add to the above the outrageous costs of updating kitchens and bathrooms every 15 years or so. We had quotes of $15/20K to half tile our master bathroom and shower room...excluding the cost of materials.
