How to prove work experience for degree equivalency?
As I understand it to apply for H1-B I need either a suitable degree
(which I don't have) or 12 years experience in a profession which
normally requires such a degree. I have 18 years such IT experience
but would have difficulty proving more than the last 8 years (my
experience was 4 years in the UK, 6 years in Australia then the most
recent 8 years back in the UK). I don't even know if many of the old
companies still exist.
Does anyone know what evidence is required to prove equivalent
experience.
