How Long Should It Take??
On Nov 14th 2005 I filed a I-130, I-485 and I-765 for my wife.
On Nov 25th we received a NOA
The I-765 and I-485 NOA both stated that an appointment will be scheduled
for Biometrics.
As of today the 16th of Jan we have not received an appointment date.
We filed at the Lock Box address and we live in Fort Myers Florida.
Should it take this long to have a biometrics appointment scheduled?
What steps if any should we take?
Will it help to call the BCIS?
