How long does it take to receive the A# in Los Angeles?

Default How long does it take to receive the A# in Los Angeles?

How long does it take to receive receipt notice in los angeles? I need the
A# to file advance parole.

The Alien (A) number is on the applicable visa, (in my case, my K1 visa).

I did not have to apply K visa. I applied I485 directly since I am in USA
already.

I'm in the same situation, just got married here in California!

Will they not ask how you got into the country and why you did not apply for
a K visa first?

directly.

Yes, but you are filing for a GC based on marriage!

Doesn't immigration have to approve the marriage status first with a K3
visa?
