How long do I get??
Evening all,
Background; I am here on an E2, sponsored by my employer, a British company.
I have been given the opportunity to move companies and switch to another E2 company, who will sponsor a new E2. If I do take this other opportunity I would love to have the chance to take December off, sort out the move and just enjoy a month with my kids.
My question is, how long after I take the other job and close out my first E2, am I allowed to be in the country? Do I have to be outside the country for the month??

I changed from one E2 company to another. I took my four week notice period as vacation, then had my visit to uk for embassy. I think I was 'off work' for six weeks prior to leaving to go to the embassy. Nothing was ever mentioned by solicitors in the U.K. About needing to leave etc.
