Question about GC permanent card. Serive Center: El Paso Texas Local INS Office: El
Paso Texas Dated approved temporary is Feb 1, 2001 on passport.
Question: how long does it take to get the permanent card (10 year experation),
anyone has similar situation? Some say 9 months, some say 12 to 18 months.
