I have graduated from a school and my EAD starts two months after my graduation.
However, I'm still working in school during this two month. Is this legal? If not,
how INS find it out? Any way to correct this mistake? Now is still within this two
months periods. Any input is greatly appreciated.

No. It is deplorable that your school allowed you to remain on the payroll.
If not, how INS find it out?
INS can ask you. There are INS forms which request this information, which are signed
under penalty of perjury. Ultimately, INS has access to IRS records. It is never a
good idea to lie to the INS. The trouble you get into from lying is much much worse
than the trouble you get into from unauthorized employment.
Any way to correct

I suggest that you have a talk with both an international student adviser and a good
immigration attorney. If you leave the U.S. and re-enter in valid status, this
cancels the the unauthorized employment for certain purposes. However, in your period
of F-1 OPT, leaving the U.S. and re-entering may entail some risks.

Yes, it is legal because your F-1 status is D/S which legally means 60 days after
your studies end.
